The first is Managing the Natural Ups and Downs of Your Work Week
Reading through this article, I discovered that I naturally do many of these things (i.e. my “to do” list that I always keep updated and my calendar that shows when things need to be done), but it still gives good tips on ways to improve more. Especially for me, working with my energy and mood levels is a must since sometimes they both get the best of me. Hope you guys can get something out of it.
